 RETURN POLICY FOR RETAIL AND ONLINE PURCHASES:

At Crescent Valley Lavender Farm, we take great pride in our handcrafted products. If you have received an item you are dissatisfied with, please see our return policy below and email glennliebner@gmail.com 

We do not offer returns or refunds, however we will exchange any product that is damaged or defective at the seller's discretion. No credit will be issued for returned items. Please ensure items show no signs of use.

Purchases may be exchanged up to 14 days from the purchase date in the original unopened packaging, at the customer's shipping expense.

Buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs for exchanging items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
